老汤萝卜肺片

老汤萝卜肺片
用料:猪肺500克、佛岭白萝卜300克、蛋丝50克、大枣、枸杞、大骨汤1000克、盐、胡椒粉各适量白卤水1锅、蘸水味碟1个。烹饪步骤:先将猪肺清洗干净后,放白卤水锅里卤熟,捞出晾凉了切成大片。佛岭萝卜切片,入沸水锅里汆熟便捞出,放入保温碗里边垫底。在萝卜片上依次摆放肺片和鸡蛋皮丝,撒入水发枸杞和大枣,再灌入加有盐和胡椒粉调味的棒骨汤,点上蜡烛,即可蘸水味碟食
